Your choice - mid-race - to do a straight out-n-back 5k OR a challenging, multi-terrain 5 miler with minor obstacles! Fort Washington State Park raising money to help kids fight cancer.
5k has a downhill finish - will be fast.
5 miler will be tough, like those kid's fighting for their lives - are you tough enough????
